Kellhus vs. Master Chief

We'll have to see how gnostic cants fare against any Tekne energy-shield technology. I wonder what witty one-liner Master Chief would use if he were to win against Kellhus.

Kellhus promptly beats him up, seals his metal limbs together, and puts chorae around him to protect from further sorcieries, creating a floating sacophagus...

YOU MUST TELL ME...WHO DO I PWN?

Okay, just trying to keep up with Francis... >:)

On a more serious note (or at least, as serious as this topic can possibly be), a Terminator/Spartan-esque being might actually be a good opponent for Kellhus. If not in direct battle, what with magic and all, then at least in general social/political interaction. It depends on the A.I., of course, but in a way the Dunyain basically do interact with humans as an A.I. would. Pure logic (though, as we know, even Kellhus isn't immune to some slight pangs of emotion, however rare and fleeting).

The Consult better get working on that Terminator skin-spy.

And then use the outside as a time machine, sending back the skin-spy to kill the dunyain before they have a chance to make Kellhus, their ultimate destroyer.

Oooh, and now you can have an extra feminist subtext as its sent to hunt down Kellhus's mother!

Maybe that's what the whole consults 'they made themselves slaves to better own the world' thang is - they sent something back in time (from a period the books do not cover yet), so they are slave to adhering to events that proceed the time travel event. Might explain why they want to follow prophesies as well.

I'LL BE BACK!

Oh, and that makes Moënghus a freedom fighter from the future, sent back in time!

The hollow thing to this is of course the story doesn't talk about his mum at all, so working on a mere assumptive at the moment.

Kellhus vs the Raven King

In Earwa, Kellhus; in England the Raven King; on neutral territory?  Raven King.  RK ascended so long ago, I think he's have Kellhus beat.  Maybe if Kellhus continues to pick up skills and powers though.

The Ark, pre-crash, teeming with Inchoroi and all kinds of weapons vs…
The alien thing in Blindsight.

I don't know!

Sarl (hopped up on qirri) vs the Joker

Sejenus vs Jesus in a rap battle

A single bashrag vs Aslan?

A single bashrag vs Iorek Byrnison?
