This sounds like an interesting project, but I've never heard about it. Tried googling it, and I was none the wiser. Where did you find out about this?

There may or may not be another blog post referencing it as an actual project.

I've also heard comments live that suggest that its being written, whether or not it'll ever be sold or published. Oh, the books that dude has yet to write... damn.

Does Bakker have more about the Semantic Apocalypse somewhere? Or is it just that one main post that he talks about it in detail?

The End of the World As We Know It: Neuroscience and the Semantic Apocalypse (http://speculativeheresy.wordpress.com/2008/11/26/the-semantic-apocalypse/)[/b][/u] from the Interview & Articles (http://secondapocalypse.forumer.com/interviews-articles-t1228646.html) thread.

Though I don't necessarily think that Semantica reflects anything but one of the many futures of the Semantic Apocalypse.
