Cagey. Lol.

Kellhus wasn't a part of the mass TTT/TUC Ciphrang summoning, right?

There a number of bullet points to discern there aren't there. This might collapse the answers as to whether Kellhus or a Nonman Quya could summon one of the names Hundred (and I am one of the rare assholes who can leak things but I am of FB's opinion that The Carathayan short opens up a lot of the world regarding TNG and Kellhus' "dead but not done" status.

I do believe there is a ZTS quote (badly paraphrashing) that suggests that Nonmen experimented with harnessing 'agencies' with the Gnosis but then said "better not."

Wow, I forgot to post the other one which I think is a must listen (if not a must read, as per the book in question) for Bakker fans:

- Why Visiting Dark Places Is Good for the Soul

That's cool.

Also, Tao, that's a quality offering from InspiroBot.

General Earwa / Re: Inri Sejenus

They were still openly sparring with Mangaecca (which actually doesn't seem possible as our understanding of the Consult progressed over the books) like 300 years before 41xx or whatever year it is the books start (as per a random thought by Achamian in TDTCB) - edit: I based much of my first fan fiction on that exact paragraph with some assists from ZTS comments by Bakker.

I believe Inri Sejenus is born five years after the 11 Years of the Crib (the No-God's first advent).

Always been interesting thoughts about Sejenus. You'd imagine that any religion or philosophy of Earwa would have to engage and digest the fact that some kind of thing stopped birth for 11 years and that the clergy of the time felt that the Gods had abandoned Humankind. Something something the Gods punished us for our transgressions with the Apocalypse, etc, etc.

You have to imagine that the Kiunniat (sp?) tradition was ripe for reinterpretation whether there's something nefarious about Sejenus or not.

Note he's hiding underground like a Nonman - where the God's can't see him?

Yeah, I think we've assumed that before but Mallahet does appear in Momemn to meet with Xerius.

I know I keep swooping and not adding much but this is another amazing chapter - as the end of TTT should be.

I've said it before and I'll repeat it again but I parallel TWP/WLW&TGO and TTT almost then directly seems to structure the same as TUC. Even some of those quotes seem to have fairly obvious counterparts in TUC - (I can even track line by line siblings between the two books).

Rereading the summary of one of Moenghus' quotes (along with FB's recent post) makes me wonder if the Gods are unable to inhabit the Cishaurim as they can non-Cishaurim...

Some very interesting thoughts to chew on but I'll have to post them in a TUC thread.

Lol, AoM is an online medium marketed towards men. I happen to think a person of any orientation would find articles or podcasts on their site useful (considering Brett runs it with his wife and she writes or moderates many of the articles).

Wow, sorry, I don't have the time to get into it, TCA, but damn this was a loaded chapter.

Lots of good S/N stuff and of course the meeting of the Inchoroi and the Dunyain but that moment between Kellhus and Achamian where Achamian experiences the manipulation viscerally for the first time after three books of Cnaiur shouting it at the reader is so unbelievably cathartic.
