I was just rereading the part where Mimara catches up with the Great Ordeal, and is brought in to see Esmenet.  Kelmomas is standing there, and there is a bit where Mimara doesn't see him, despite him being right in front of her.  After a bit she blinks and catches sight of him.

I think that the Judging Eye is also unable to see Kelmomas.

Kel's ability to be unnoticed by everyone is something that stands out following TUC.

Kellhus notes that he and Sammarmas swap souls rapidly, and that recalls Kelmomas' flashback to when they were stuck staring at each other from birth.

He gets away with a LOT that we heretofore atributed to his dunyain abilities. Maithanet's last words are particularly tragic now.
