We have no idea what the analogue for human tissues inchoroi use is like. Their "muscles" could be many times stronger and their "bones" far lighter. They are a product of the tekne, after all.

I've always thought that the Inchoroi's wings were grafted, and that would explain the shrinking. Even the Inchoroi have to obey the laws of physics, and a 20 foot tall monstrosity would have a difficult time flying

They would still be limited by physical laws, though. At least until the onta-perception graft.
