A r/bakker fan is looking for a list (with citations as apparently the wiki isn't specific) of the Cants, Wards, and Glamours from the books.

Per the redditor there was such a thread on ZTS and I don't believe we have such a thread here.

Rectified. Begin collation!

Edit: Wilshire - added link.

Meppa Cataract
Cant of Compulsion
Surrilic(sp?) Point
Bar of Heaven

Spherical Wards

Many of the analogies have more basic: Dragon's Head, Fire Birds, Something Sun (Imperial Saik, mentioned in TTT)

Words that might help for those with searchable formats:
Loom
Theorem
Quya

Scenes where cants are named:
Basically, the big battles that Akka is in right? Library, Iyokus/Ciphrang, Cil Aujas, Wutteat
Maybe be some analogies in TTT - not sure they are named

For the purposes of our collection here, that's great.

For whatever reason, the reddit member seemed to imply that sourcing the page numbers was important to their goal.

Yeah the fights between Akka and Iyokus give examples from both sides.

As does the PoV from SS grandmaster when he fights Cish at end of TTT.

I can only paraphrase though atm.

For the purposes of our collection here, that's great.

For whatever reason, the reddit member seemed to imply that sourcing the page numbers was important to their goal.

My eBooks are all jacked up, so exact page numbers are almost impossible for me to discern now.

I can give approximate locations though, for sure.

Anagogic Cants:
Houlari Twin-Tempests (TTT, Chapter 3)
Dragonhead (TTT, Chapter 16)
Memkotic Furies (TTT, Chapter 16)
Gotaggan Scythes (TWP, Chapter 19)
Ramparts of Ur (TTT, Chapter 16)

Gnostic Cants:
Cants of Torment (TTT, Glossary)
Bar of Heaven (TWP, Chapter 4)
Mathesis Pin (TFS)
Thawa Ligatures (TTT, Chapter 1)
Cirroi Loom (TWP, Chapter 19; TGO, Chapter 13)
The Bisecting Planes of Mirseor (TWP, Chapter 12)
Ishra Discursia (TTT, Chapter 6)
Cant of Sideways Stepping (WLW, Chapter 1)
The Seventh Quyan Theorem (TWP, Chapter 12)
The Ellipses of Thosolankis (TWP, Chapter 12)
The Compass of Noshainrau (TJE, Chapter 3)
Weära Comb (TWP, Chapter 19)
Odaini Concussion Cant (TWP, Chapter 19)
Huiritic Ring (TJE, Chapter 16)
Surillic Point (TJE, Chapter 16)
Cant of Translocation (WLW, Chapter 13)
Noviratic Spike (WLW, Chapter 15)
The Ninth Merotic (TGO, Chapter 13)

Mbimayu Cants:
Iswazi Cant (WLW, Chapter 11)
Muzzû Chalice (TGO, Chapter 16)

On these wards, it's unclear if they are proper names or not.  Somtimes they are capitalized like they are, sometimes not:
reflexive Wards (TTT, Chapter 3)
Spherical Wards (TTT, Chapter 3)
Directional Wards (TTT, Chapter 16)
Encircling Wards (TTT, Chapter  16)
Portcullis (TTT, Chapter 16)

I'll find more later and refine this list to be alphabetical.

I am a warrior of ages, Anasurimbor. . . ages. I have dipped my nimil in a thousand hearts. I have ridden both against and for the No-God in the great wars that authored this wilderness. I have scaled the ramparts of great Golgotterath, watched the hearts of High Kings break for fury. -Cet'ingira

Thanks, everyone :).

When I have a bit more time, I'll add in a definition of what each is according to their context, so it will be more like a glossary.

Good finds.  It will be pretty easy for me to define them all once  I have the names.  Finding the names is the tricky part.

I'll also break them up if they are Gnostic, Anagogic, or what-have you, when I get a chance.

The Iswazi Cant

used by Malowbi to contact his leader.

The Mathesis Pin

False sun somewhere i think

The Thawa Ligatures

Quaya variant used to torture Seswatha think at start of TTT

the bisecting planes of mirseor

used by akka to stress the wards of a SS schoolman in the library.

Cirroi loom is gnosis, as Akka uses it in the same scene.

Good point, I messed up there.

I still can't find that Imperial Saik one that Wilshire mentioned, I do recall one being named though, I think.

Not sure it is named. Isn't it from Conphas point of view the "sun from black clouds"

Then Esmi thinks about how they assail akka with dragons, lighting, lava and sun or something like that.
