Thanks, everyone.  I think Bukris is my fav so far.  What do you think of the text?  I liked it, but had a comment that they looked better without.

I could go either way with the text. Would be hard to identify them without the caption below them if you removed the text from the picture.

I say keep the text, otherwise its just a picture of an alien :P

Ha!  Right, that's what I thought.  Could be anything, otherwise.  Thanks!

Som I think my favourite drawing of yours is the Inchoroi front and side view along with Gilgaol.

I am working on a drawing based from your Inchoroi (hope you dont mind) but making it a bit more how I imagined the Inchoroi. Funny how your first visual interpretation tends to stay in the mind and only change slowly over time.

I definetely think they look better with their names and aspects on. :)

I fear your expectations will be shattered. Please remember, not all pollution begs the knife!

Hoping to have another hour or two to work in it next week, paper/pencil/rubber are all I have at the moment but I had a look at that device you use and I might go out and buy one to have a play with - add to my collection of electronic toys! :)

Design-wise I love Bukris and Anagke, but they seem a little more...I don't know the word, "physical" perhaps (particularly the former)? Whereas the others had a more "primordial cosmic being" feel to them.  Still amazing design work though man, I really dig it.

I'd love to see a depiction of Titirga and Shaeonanra circa TFS...;)

I finally figured out that the descriptions and depictions here of the Inchoroi remind me of ancient Egyptian head ornamentation, including the Atef, Deshret, Hedjet, and Pschent. Examples:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Egypte_louvre_116_stele.jpg
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:NarmerPalette-CloseUpOfNarmer-ROM.png
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Egypte_louvre_024b.jpg

They were worn to identify with various gods. I don't recall any groups or individuals in TSA that wear anything like that which might identify a past or present association with the Inchoroi, but keep an eye out!

Thanks, guys.  FB, yeah, I can see that.  Didn't realize I was moving in that direction til you pointed it out.  Hm.  In retrospect, I think I wanted them all to be more like Yatwer (very cosmic with only a hint of anthropomorphism), but that obviously didn't last long.  Now, it's like a creature feature.  lol

Meyna:  I agree totally.  I always thought the Inchoroi were based on the Egyptian god Sobek  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sobek, what with their 'crocodilian jaws' and association with fertility/sex:

Quote
"Unis is Sobek, green of plumage, with alert face and raised fore, the splashing one who came from the thigh and tail of the great goddess in the sunlight…Unis has appeared as Sobek, Neith’s son. Unis will eat with his mouth, Unis will urinate and Unis will copulate with his penis. Unis is lord of semen, who takes women from their husbands to the place Unis likes according to his heart’s fancy. "

Wow--Meyna and Somnambulist, that's awesome.  I never thought about the Inchoroi having any analogues in our world, but it seems obvious now.

On a related point, i'm a little confused about the clam/skull.  Does it point in the nose direction like a shark's fin or is it perpendicular to the nose like a fan or crown...or does Bakker leave it up to us?
