I'm always on the lookout for evidence of Bakker-type-related manipulations out there in the world and I thought this worth sharing. This has been going on for years already but it's a concise short piece about the efforts of one company (Dolby of all places).

I see the point and truth of it, but I suspect the effectiveness of this has a lower limit than we're scared into thinking. Color/sound "optimization" contributes to sales, I'm sure - but wouldn't make you do a 180 degree turnaround.
