Hey, hey, just thought I'd start a thread for any Bakker lovers who are also Clarke fiends.  I'm crazy about her stuff, but so sad that no new books are appearing.  The BBC version of Johnathan Strange is coming tho!

I loved Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell.

As was written in the other thread, the only book someone actually yelled at me about reading twice ;).

Did you see my recent purchases update? Got this as part of a 3 for £1. So it cost me 33.3p!

WHAT A GOOD DEAL! there needs to be a name for the special variety of happiness in getting a desired book at a "how can this be?" rate! One of my favorite works, SR; if u r ever in Greenwich, please ask Dame Clarke to publish more much more

About 1/2 way through. Its pretty great, though some parts get a bit long winded.  Very funny book though, which is amusing.

Wilshire, i imagine you are enjoying all the stuff about books!?  i really like books about books
