Yes. 

As far as playing one on console, I think it's great.  However, I'm not a PC gamer and this is the first MMORPG I've played; well, except for playing World of Warcraft at a friends house for about 20 minutes.  I found it a lot easier to pick up the PS3 controller and play DUCO than it was to use the mouse and keyboard for WoW.
