I've never played a Dark Souls game, tring out DS3 right now, but whatever, the music soudtrack of this game is unbelievable.

Music for TGO/TUC:

Reminds me of Macbeth for some of those compositions, for those of you that know ;) .
Also I'm a sucker for arrangements that include choirs.
One of the other conditions of possibility.

While I was reading the books I often connected particular moments with particular songs, but I forgot almost all of them until I finished TGO and started roaming the forum.

Korringhus jumping...

A possible soundtrack for the trip to the Outside, it's quite a sick song.

The Boy in the Scylvendi camp

And half of this album is quite appropriate:

Genocidal Crush is definitely an Inchoroi vibe, it's got violence, sex and genocide in it, what more could a decent Inchi boy want?

Surf the Apocalypse... We all will be surfing the Second Apocalypse soon, right?

Fear Your Mind - "Better mind your thoughts and fear your mind" in case there's a Voice in your head, you know.
You know nothing of war. War is dark. Black as pitch. It is not a God. It does not laugh or weep. It rewards neither skill nor daring. It is not a trial of souls, not the measure of wills. Even less it is a tool, a means to some womanish end. It is merely the place where the iron bones of the earth meet the hollow bones of men and break them.

It's really soft, but this song's lyrics seem stolen from the text!

sounds like Serwa.
Or a song a zaudunyani would sing.

When the morning comes and I wake up miles away,
Any other day it's all the same, all the same
With the rising sun there's a hunger born again,
Oh oh oh put out the flame, put out the flame
And the shortest road to the sunset doesn't turn,
It's what I gotta learn every day, every day
Just a few more miles to the point of no return,
Oh oh oh the way is plain, the way is plain

Oh love you gimme what I need
You take like a one armed bandit
Oh be my strength, be my portion
Oh love you gimme what I need
To live by your one commandment
Oh be my strength, be my portion

Take away my prize so I never have to lose,
Never gonna lose or play the game, play the game
Take away desire so I never have to choose
