How is that Kellhus practically collapses with exhaustion after arriving in time to confront the leader of the Cult of Yatwer, yet he departs from Dagliash for Momemn and is still able to confront both Meppa and Malowebi upon his arrival?

I guess I always had that in the back of my mind, but it seems like such an easy out that I wanted to believe otherwise. Kellhus is a meta-gnostic badass, there's no two ways around that (that is a poorly hilarious unutterable joke for anyone who cares lol), but I want something of a limit to his capabilities..
