I like to rotate the music I listen too pretty regularly.  Good for the brain, I reckon.

Latest addition to the play list.

Pallbearer - Sorrow and Extinction.
Doom metal
8/10

Armin Van Buuren - Intense
Kinda gushy dance music, but you can't go wrong with those synths.
8/10

Kanye West - Lost In The World

I used to be one of the worst music snobs.

Disdainful of anything that smacked of overproduction or mainstream appeal.

I'd tell you to go listen to Pavement, or Superchunk, Neutral Milk Hotel or Cursive, or any other similar thing.

I've gotten to a point that if you enjoy it, piss on it, enjoy it.

Music elitism, or elitism in general in regard to media, is a crutch to make you feel better about yourself by demeaning other people's tastes.

Oh, and I quoted that post because that's a great track.

Also,

Kanye West - Coldest Winter
Mos Def - Mathematics
Neutral Milk Hotel - Oh Sister
Kesha / Iggy Pop - Dirty love

Those are a few that've been playing in my mental playlists lately.

How do you karaoke Gangnam Style ;)? Also, Meyna, you've been taken in by the KoreanMindControl.

I too love video game music of all iterations.

Apologies, almost forgot: The Underachievers - Herb Shuttles.

What, you all don't memorize meaningless (if you don't know a lick of the language) strings of phonemes on key for fun?
