The Judging Eye marks him as Ciphrang when Mimara sees Cnaiur with it. That's it.

(click to show/hide)What happened to Cnaiur at the end of TUC is open to interpretation. The consensus is, he was possessed by Ajokli and walked into the Whirlwind, losing his physical body. His fate afterward is not at all clear, nor are the ramifications of his possession.
