I bought the physical copy here in Toronto, but can't seem to locate any option for a kindle purchase for Canadians.
Can anyone else confirm if there is no electronic version for Canada?

Well I have my fingers crossed. I pre-ordered the kindle version through Amazon Canada....still showing on my account that delivery is for July 12th.
However, when I browse through amazon canada logged out of my account, it's saying July 26th for Canada.

Man I hope I don't get a rude July 12th update
