where can you read the blind brain theory?

It's not in one place necessarily.

Through the Brain Darkly (http://second-apocalypse.com/index.php?board=25.0) is the first book that will deal with it exclusively.

The Last Magic Show (http://www.academia.edu/1502945/The_Last_Magic_Show_A_Blind_Brain_Theory_of_the_Appearance_of_Consciousness) and The Introspective Peepshow (http://www.academia.edu/2422826/The_Introspective_Peepshow_Consciousness_and_the_Dreaded_Unknown_Unknowns) are Bakker's main two, polished drafts outlining blind brain theory/hypothesis. Obviously, as TPB is something like Bakker's philosophic drafting board so the blogs will constitute the other bulk of Through the Brain Darkly.
