Strange Horizons Submissions - This one is more demanding, I suggest reading through it if interested so you don't waste your or their time.
--- Quote ---We strongly prefer stories under 5,000 words long, but we will consider stories up to 9,000 words. (But don't query or apologize for lengths between 5,000 and 9,000 words; it's completely okay to submit such stories.)
Note, however, that the longer the story is, the less likely we are to be interested...
We pay 7¢(US)/word, with a minimum payment of $50

Light Speed Submissions
--- Quote ---Lightspeed is seeking original science fiction and fantasy stories of 1500-7500 words. Stories of 5000 words or less are preferred. We pay 5¢/word for original fiction, on acceptance. To see which rights we’re seeking, please view our contract template for original fiction.
All types of science fiction and fantasy are welcome. No subject should be considered off-limits, and we encourage writers to take chances with their fiction and push the envelope.
We believe that the science fiction/fantasy genre’s diversity is its greatest strength, and we wish that viewpoint to be reflected in our story content and our submission queues; we welcome submissions from writers of every race, religion, nationality, gender, and sexual orientation.

World SF submissions
--- Quote ---NON-FICTION: The World SF Blog accepts submissions of news items, guest-posts, essays, articles, reviews and interviews.....
FICTION: We are interested in receiving submissions of Speculative Fiction stories from authors worldwide, especially authors from countries outside the US/UK. We’re also eager to see stories set in those countries, and/or with central characters who originate there. Stories should be in English, and translations are welcome. As we’re unable to pay contributors, we’re particularly looking for reprints, but would also welcome stories that haven’t yet found a home elsewhere.
