Has anyone read the Chalion series by Lois McMaster Bujold?

I read all of her published Vorkosigan saga up until 2002 (24 novels total) and while the quality sometimes did vary overall they were really enjoyable and the series generally gets good props.

I remember reading The Curse of Chalion around 2002 and really enjoying this book. Has anyone read the rest of the series and what did they think of it if so?

I read the The Curse of Chalion awhile back and I enjoyed it, but I did not feel the urge to continue on with the series. I thought it worked fine as a stand alone, but I might be wrong.

Yes I remember it standing on its own merit but I enjoyed it enough to want to explore the series further.

I do like Bujold anyway after reading all the Vorkosigan stuff. :)

I've read the second one and it's good, not as good as Curse,, but well worth reading.I started the third one years ago but got bored with it for some reason I can't remember now, maybe I'll give it another shot sometime.
