Same rules apply as per our Bakkerfans ARC giveaways.
A reply buys you an entry. We've giving away four posters of Somnambulist's original The Unholy Consult teaser images (https://jdillustration.wordpress.com/tsa/), all of which have been signed by Bakker, paired with Zaudunyanicon 2017 embroidered patches (https://www.facebook.com/Stabface.Ent/photos/pcb.1942316582693548/1942315779360295/?type=3&theater) created by Somnambulist and Thing called Sarcellus.
Four winners. I'll end the draw a week from today, Mon, Aug 21st at 5pm EST.
Bonne chance!
EDIT:
-I should say, respond with predictions for The No-God (yours still counts Hiro!).
- Also, the posters to win are The Blood Weeper (https://jdillustration.wordpress.com/tsa/#jp-carousel-229), The Sentinels (https://jdillustration.wordpress.com/tsa/#jp-carousel-231), and The Red Ghoul (https://jdillustration.wordpress.com/tsa/#jp-carousel-232).

Merci pour cette chance...!
Including a TNG prediction: Akka will team up with Meppa.
-
(Don't know if I can enter this, since I live so far away from you all, but I'm doing it anyway...)
TNG prediction: Likaro will appear, and he'll be a fairly decent guy.
-
Money will be put up to get these anywhere.
-
TNG prediction: we will see Shauriatas in some form

-
TNG prediction: the world will refuse to die, again.
Disclaimer. Really don't think I can enter the giveaway, since for mailing purposes I might be living on another planet. Just wanted to give my prediction.
-
Channeling his position as the pseudo-Seswatha of his age, Achamian will pass on dreams to a faraway generation *just in case*.
-
TNG prediction: Meppa will teach The Boy the Psukhe.
-
Moenghus the younger will prove to be a cunning and capable leader blending the most effective traits of both his natural and adoptive fathers and the Scylvendi will prove to be the NG's most potent antagonists.
-
The Ciphrang version of Malowebi has succeeded in its mission. Nganka Kul's line is ended, and Zeum is leaderless as the Second Apocalypse begins.
-
The gods will try to find a way to resurrect Kellhus, since he was supposed to be their eyes and ears during the Second Apocalypse.

This is really awesome, I'm glad he stopped by it sounds like everyone had a good time.

Better than I ever dared hope. Probably close to 8 hours of facetime (as in actual face-to-face interaction, not the app) with Bakker.
-
Akka kills Crabicus.
Edit: This isn't a real prediction, just something to enter with since that Sranc of an author destroyed all my theories :(
-
The Consult won and Darkness and Decay and the Black Seed held illimitable dominion over all.
-
Breaking my lurking habits for a toss of the number sticks. It's hard to know what to even expect from this series anymore, but I'd place good money on Serwe still having a role to play. The touch of humanity she got from Sorweel and the horrors of the Second Apocalypse might be enough to push her in the direction of fighting on Akka's side. I'd like to see that.
-
My prediction...
Death will come swirling down.
-
The Scylvendi have the Heron Spear. Moe Jr. will hand it over to Akka, who will use it on the No-God to no effect. Then Mimara will do whatever she did in Cil-Aujas to defeat it.
-
I don't know if I qualify, but I want another poster.
In TNG, the No-God will finally be defeated by either missiles from Eänna, which is somehow technologically 2000 years more advanced than Eärwa or by giving him a mirror, thus satisfying his overwhelming urge to know what he looks like and allowing him to peacefully return to the Outside.
-
Despite the World's salvation, the Cunoroi will be no more by the series' end.
Also, Likaro will be an absolute badass, renowned for millennia in Achamian's much-revered historical account of the (near) end of the world.
Also, please let me win this. My (one year old) daughter will be absolutely heartbroken if she can't have a SA poster autographed by Bakker.
-
Predictions in according of seriousness.
1 - There will be a lot of Scranc.
2 - We'll get to see some more sword dancers.
3 - Zeum and possibly some Xiuhianni are going to be vital to serving as bulwarks against the end.
-
Hello all, so sorry I missed the con. Sounded bad ass. Loved the Unholy Consult.
My prediction for the No God is that the deformed boy is the hero taught by Akka and Meppa. And Kellhus has a part to play from the outside. Also, Esme may prove instrumental in the battles to come, since the No God is part her son who is obsessed with her, as Kellhus points out. So excited!!
Good luck everyone...im sure one of those posters would look good on everyone's walls!
-
Kellhus takes over Zeûm and wages war through Ciphrang-Malowebi, from the Outside.
-
Thanks for the giveaway. I've been a long-time lurker/reader of this and Three Seas before, and one of the rabid fans who harassed Overlook to published when they were stalling on TGO. This finally pushed me over the edge to join the forum.
No idea what TNG will hold, but I'm hoping to see Meppa resurface and very curious to learn where the Heron Spear is. Predictions: the decapitant Kellhus put on M's body and sent to Zeum is going to cause havoc there, just when they need it least (thanks to the No-God coming for them). I have some other thoughts about what happened in TUC and how they'll play out in TNG, but that's better for another thread, I think.

Meppa is alive! (http://www.second-apocalypse.com/index.php?topic=2363.msg38311#msg38311)

Pretty sure that Kellhus being dead doesn't necessarily imply Kellhus not playing a role.
Also, major roles will go to Serwa and Mimara's child, and the nonmen too will have something to say.

Indeed, Bakker has said that Kellhus 'is dead but not done' - the actual quote might have been "I said he was dead, but that doesn't mean he's done"
-
It just implied to be that Kellhus is dead but that his influence in the World has yet to totally play out, explicitly or via background, Moenghus the Elder-level conspiracy ;).
-
or via background, Moenghus the Elder-level conspiracy ;).
Obviously traditional christian (catholic?) iconography lends to The Father and The Son ruling over heaven. Just trying to figure out who The Holy Spirit is, likely Mimara ;) .
-
Oh, I think ol' H was right and that's Kellhus in his visions and he's somehow carved out his own little niche and he can either change the Outside or still influence what happens on Earwa.

Lol.

Prediction: Humanity prevails. For a simple reason that I can't
imagine how the opposite would make an interesting story. Plus who
would then write the glossary?
-
Akka discovers Seswatha was a weapon constructed by the Consult after the First Apocalypse all along.
-
Just finished reading it ( sorry, I slow ) ... well, ok, then - did not see that ending coming. At least the whole what do you see stuff makes some sense. I have no idea what's coming next ( is there a next ), that ending drained me.
-
Will draw soon.

Wooooo! Congratulations guys :)
I am happy that I didn't win. Don't want to spend the month's savings on shipping again :P
-
Wait, you paid for shipping on the ARC?

Wait, you paid for shipping on the ARC?
Well, the delivery guy asked for 220 L.E (12$ ) and said something about the weight.
-
I won? Has the world stopped turning? I never win any giveaways or things the like. But, I am humbled to have won and wi'll cherish these holy artifacts forever. I told the wife, and she wasn't happy when I proposed to frame and put this poster in our living room, not at all. But, I will find somewhere in my not fully completed man cave for its final resting place.

My similarly sized canvas print of Earwa ended up in my dining room :) .
I think 'man cave' is probably a good place for these posters though. Just be careful, I think these may be the only non-book-items Bakker has ever signed. Practically priceless!
Congrats all who won, such treasures to add to your various coffers.

Ooooooh, EBay here I come! Starting bidding at $1,000.
No, never. I will treasure them. I wanted more than anything to attend the Con. Alas, life at the moment wouldn't allow it. But, I'll always have a piece of it with me now. I'm humbled.
-
Congrats, boys.
I hope you put them in your best spot of your houses.

I've been watching ebay, not a single signed anything from the even has shown up there :) . Given how seldom bakker makes an appearance, I think people cherish their items.
No, I'd never expect you to sell it lol, but kids are sticky and tend to make a mess of everything, as are pets and all the other other delightful atrocities we allow into our lives.

Lol. Without a doubt, as my cellphone and constant picking up and cleaning can attest to. No, I will keep it protected from even me, until. I can get it from or what not. Very grateful and excited. And, if my predictions that in 50 or so years, Bakker will be the next Tolkien, my children will have a fortune on their hands.
-
Framed. And sorry, half the time I can't edit posts and I still can't use quote function from my phone. I should proofread before posting, but I'm lazy.

That'd be nice.

Oh, hey, you forgot me. Easy mistake to make, no biggie.

Lol, sorry, solipsisticurge.

Late to the party, but congratulations to everyone who won. :D
