I discovered this podcast a month or so ago because Tim Ferriss (https://tim.blog/) showed up separately on two different podcasts I already listened to. Apparently he hosts the single most popular podcast ever, period.
I've listened to a number of them going back but the impulse to link was the latest I've listened to: Jocko Willink: The Scariest Navy SEAL Imaginable…And What He Taught Me (https://tim.blog/2015/09/25/jocko-willink/)
Every episode I've listened to by him so far is stellar though.

Oh damn, Willink brings up Blood Meridian!

Forgot to add this link before I closed the tab the other day:
General Stan McChrystal on Eating One Meal Per Day, Special Ops, and Mental Toughness (https://tim.blog/2015/07/05/stanley-mcchrystal/), also featuring his long time Aide-de-Camp, Chris Fussell.
As someone who enjoys conversations on logistics, I liked this one a lot.

Finished Stewart Brand – The Polymath of Polymaths (https://tim.blog/2017/11/21/stewart-brand/) today. Very interesting.
Started it over a week ago and listened to it in parts as my attention and interest ranged (I have a whole separate window now - which I'm usually loath to do - just to keep track of all the different podcast episodes I have on the go). The Long Now Foundation (http://longnow.org/about/) and one of Brand's books, The Clock Of The Long Now: Time and Responsibility (https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0465007805/offsitoftimfe-20) seem very interesting.
