It's on the sidebar on the right, you need to scroll down a little. They list all the upcoming AMAs.

The Great Ordeal / Re: [TGO Spoilers] [ TUC Spoilers] MG teaser 3

Some of these could be weird non sequiturs/red herrings to troll us: such is how I feel about this one. Like, Harapior's son may be mentioned once during the fight at Golgotterath in a standard Bakker omniscient POV battle-cam section, and he's just a random Quya fighting for the Consult with no overt plot significance.

Anasurimborges is an interesting turn of phrase. Makes me think there is something analogous to The Garden of Forking Paths and the TTT. That short story by Borges is a very literary and philosophical take on multiverses and contingent conditions for events in the future. Not to mention literature itself is described as a labyrinth a la Thousand Thousand Halls, something to navigate infinitely.

The Second Apocalypse, "second" as in an interval measurement of time as opposed to an ordinal number is something that sounds very relevant and interesting. But I don't have the brainpower to parse exactly what it's supposed to mean.

Bold prediction: Most of the surviving Wracu make their rookeries in the heights of the Yimaleti. So when/if the No-God is resurrected, they will come in droves.

What % of TUC takes place in Momemn, Three Seas and Zeum?

General Earwa / Re: Unification wars details.

I've always wanted a huge survey of all the details of the UWs.  May do it after Holiday season has died down, too lazy right now.

For now, I would recommend reading, I believe, Chapter Three of TJE. I think Esmi gives a huge infodump about the progression of her children being born and what was going on concurrently during the Unification.

The Great Ordeal / Re: Who are The Jaguars?
« on: November 23, 2016, 12:01:16 am »
My immediate associations were the Jaguar Warriors of the Aztec civilization.  I figured it was just the particular way of referring to the warrior caste of that region of Ainon or whatever. Knights/samurai/kshatriya/Jaguars, etc. etc.  But I don't believe they are mentioned at any other point in the books.

Philosophy & Science / Re: Bakker's Blind Brain Theory

lol I imagine that if the Inchoroi were in an actual eliminitavist material existence they would just stay on their home planet and fuck tekne sex-dolls all day, every day, for eternity.

It's the intentionality of the universe that compels them to war against the fact of damnation and be interstellar rape-aliens.

The Great Ordeal / Re: What is "Phusis"?
« on: October 30, 2016, 10:23:27 pm »
I think a quick google search will help.  The Boy is basically saying that the skin-spy has superior physical strength/endurance(phusis) so instead of a direct confrontation he'll have to use his superior Dunyain intellect to outsmart it(logos).

So eating sranc meat also gives humans much better eyesight in darkness. Proyas makes note of this in some of his POV sections.

So bear with me...

The Great Ordeal marching into to the tunnels in the Ring Mountains. Fighting the sranc in the tunnels, makes for plenty of natural choke points. Their new lowlight/dark vision means that they'll be able to see just fine and won't be ambushed. Blocking off the tunnels with piles of sranc corpses, retreating, rinse wash repeat.  Imagine pitch blackness and the Ordeal/sranc hordes fighting underground.

And then the Quya Erratics and Schoolman are fighting outside or something.

Awesome. I recall my immediate reaction when it says that the Viroi had broad wicker hats, impressions of east Asian peasants working in rice fields. Nin'janjin as a samurai daimyo is so inspired.

It says that that is art for Adrian Tchaikovsky's Old Blood. I don't know how to link art.

The Great Ordeal / Re: [TGO SPOILERS] The Amiolas
« on: September 28, 2016, 07:52:15 pm »
Yup.  Immiriccas—Son of Cinial, imprisoned in the Amiloas for sedition.  That's his blurb.

Cu'mimiral and Sujara-nin also get blurbs.  But those two are pretty bit characters who have like one line apiece. We'll probably see them and Cilculiccas in TUC a fair bit more.
