On the PON wikia, it states that Nin'Ciljiras is the same person as Nil'giccas.  Can someone cite where we get this information?  From Nin'sariccas in WLW, I was under the impression that the line of Nin has been in control of Ishterebinth for some time now and that Nil'giccas had been exiled loooong before the events of PON(With Nin'Ciljiras being a kind of usurper figure).

Also want to learn more about Nin'hirarjal(sp?).  He is the author of one of the epigraphs for Four Revelations.  The line of traitors is everywhere!!

Oh my.  If Cole Porter was the composer.  Yes, I could see it.

There is a choice line somewhere about how the Yatwerians cannot be defeated through violence; "They are too broad and myriad an organization, they are not a people we can simply uproot and exterminate like the Mongilean Kianene."  Genocide?

Was ogling that heraldry again. Some pedantry. Atrempus(sic) seems to misspelled.  And surely, shouldn't it be House Krijates rather than House Attrempus?

Oh.  Such ecstasy.  Much beautiful.  I'm trying to remember the other sigils in the series.  Is the insignia of House Biaxi ever described?

Was rewatching Layer Cake yesterday.  I came to the cathectic conclusion that Daniel Craig has been my mental image for Coithus Saubon all these years.  He may be slightly more rugged than Saubon is described in the text.  But dramatically and visually he could nail the affect of being a charismatic manly man's man whilst hiding an emotionally wrecked soul beneath.

Chiwetel Ejiofor would be a perfect Malowebi.

As a Sudanese Arab, Alexander Siddig would be ideal for a Ketyai character but I'm no sure whom exactly.  I'd say Akka, but he too gaunt and skinny.  Maybe Eli?

*eyes narrow in suspicion*

Is that a typo?  If not, where can I find TSAcast 4#? lol

Edit: I'd like to toss my name into the metaphorical hat.  Maybe join up for the next cast.

Writing / Re: Fan Fic Piece

Hmm.  I wrote a little something as far as SA fan-fic goes.  But it's secluded away on my old laptop.  It was a short piece, written from the POV of Sarnagiri V.  He's brought in chains to Triamis' private quarters.  They discuss the future of Nilnamesh as part of the Ceneian Empire.  Triamis is very; "Har har, I have big plans for the world and such. You'd better get on my good side."

Just started Gardens of the Moon and got about 50 pages in today.  I sort of concur with Francis on the affectation of the writing style.  But, I have the obdurate patience of a mountain so I will continue.  I'm also completely neurotic when it comes to fantasy genre stuff, so I'll probably read everything and anything in this damn saga.  *sigh*

Very nice Som.  Never have I imagined Iyokus bearded, even though he's an Eastern Ketyai.

It'd be neat to have the numerical capacity of all the schools in the Great Ordeal stated.

I think Walter, during the First Battle of the Horde, Serwa sends out 200 witches to be on the frontlines with the men of the Middle-North and then keeps 50 of her elite witches in reserve.  So the Swayal Sisterhood is ~250 people, which is a massive amount of Gnostic firepower.  If during the First Holy War the Scarlet Spires had only 120 sorcerers of rank at their disposal, the Swayal are then much more powerful than any anagogic or even the Mandate school.
