Could that be referring to the nuke that Kellhus exhumes 2000 years later? Possible that it was given to nin'janjin or hidden by other long-dead Inchoroi and the two lovers somehow unearthed it from some hiding place?

However, it could be foreshadowing. I'm not literary minded enough to know. It always seems too easy to wring meaning from meaninglessness within TSA.
