It was definitely discouraging to attempt to navigate forumer post-meltdown so I'm actually really happy you decided to do this -- I was concerned we were scaring away potential members. Great job Madness! Here's to hoping this board develops the same sort of idea inspiring atmosphere without having to pander to haters/trollz!

Seems somewhat improved, I think part of the problem was the ratio between height and length with the image I was originally using, after I cropped my image of a fanatical 40K preacher it looks somewhat larger. Thank you, will look for the karma button on your quoted post.

Also, I want to review the latest Horus Heresy novel when I finish it.  Do reviews for non-Earwa SF/F go in Misc. Chatter, the Literature subforum, or what? Thanks.

Suggestion for Madness: get an IRC chatroom for the board.  I don't know offhand if it could be integrated into the forum directly, but if you stickied a post and put the link in it the effect would be more or less the same.
